Each Phase or Training session can be facilitated in a variety of lengths and over varying time periods. The simplest way to look at our many options for training are as learning approaches which can be amended to fit your needs.
CulturWorks Comprehensive Diversity Training Program
For the greatest impact and personal and organizational development, each progressive Phase is conducted over a 2-Full Day Intensive Training Session from 9:30 am to 4:30 PM with appropriate breaks allotted per day. Each Phase was designed to be taught over three (3) concurrent years or shorter periods.
E-Campus Courses and webinars between each Phase can be added as valuable options to bridge learning between phases. With successful completion of this Program, you will be CulturWorks Certified!
CulturWorks Diversity Bootcamp Training Program
This introductory training allows each Phase to be delivered in a one-day training session. While less intensive, this Program is an immensely valuable introduction to key concepts and learnings. Each Phase was designed to be taught over three (3) concurrent years or smaller period. E-Campus Courses and webinars between each Phase can be added as valuable options to bridge learning between phases.

CulturWorks Speakers Series – Several energetic Keynote Speeches of up to one-hour in length that will engage and entertain your audience and plant seeds for taking the next steps on diversity and inclusion.
